Come facilmente prevedibile, Tales of Zestiria si prende la testa della classifica settimanale dei videogiochi più venduti, con 340,891 di copie vendute. Un debutto superiore a quello di Tales of Graces f (215,187) ma inferiore rispetto a quanto fecero registrare Tales of Xillia nel 2011 (525,605) e il suo sequel (364,469). Segue a netta distanza un altro RPG, The Legend of Legacy, sviluppato da FuRyu, team che comprende alcuni ex membri della vecchia Squaresoft. A chiudere il podio, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, nuovo capitolo dedicato all'esserino rosa della Nintendo che arriverà dalle nostre parti a fine febbraio. Sotto è ancora lotta tra Pokémon e Youkai Watch.
 
 
Nella classifica hardware non si segnalano particolari movimenti o sorprese. Calano leggermente le vendite di quasi tutte le console, eccetto la PlayStation 3 che fa un balzo in avanti superando anche il WiiU, complice l'uscita dell'ultimo Tales of. Xbox One punta invece a nuovi record negativi.
