L'ultimo incontro fra padre e figlio salva l'episodio e tutta la serie; tuttavia la soluzione del mistero è tirata e contorta, e rimangono troppe cose non spiegate. In particolare, se il resoconto di Itaru è falso, le sue azioni non sono ben motivate.
